Located in Ancram, NY, Little Forest Farm is an eight-acre, woods-based farm that specializes in mushrooms (grown both on logs and indoors) and their culinary friends, like garlic, shallots, and herbs. We’ve been in operation since 2021 and will be adding perennial crops, such as pawpaws, currants, Cornelian cherries, and persimmons, in the years to come.
